Exploring Life's Depths in Honest Introspection

"Hi, I'm Keith" isn't just a book; it's a raw, unfiltered account akin to the rawness of a grunge band but carefully penned, offering an honest and introspective narrative. Join me on a transformative odyssey through the complexities of life.

The Struggle Within

The 8-year process of writing this book took a hiatus for almost 2 years as I had developed a disdain for the main character, Myself.  This led me to the realization I must continue this journey of self-reflection, hoping for personal redemption.

Beyond
the Pages

I poured myself into this book.  It was not an easy task to open the door to my life so wide for all to see in.  While these words capture a fraction of my life, there's an uncharted world beyond – a life lived through exhilarating adventures, from Costa Rican white water rafting to unguided scuba diving across the globe, back-country snowboarding, solo split boarding, cliff jumping, and mountain biking across borders.

Untold Chaos

Yet, beyond the book's confines lies more untold chaos. Should curiosity beckon, there's a trove of mischief and mayhem waiting to unfold. I could have labeled it "bad decisions," but I'll leave that discovery to you. I'd love to hear from you, whether it's feedback, questions, or just a friendly chat.

The Aftermath

This picture was taken 3 weeks after the police beating. I was the third person brutally assaulted by this Officer, but the first to press charges. It took almost 2 weeks before we knew if I would ever see out of my right again.

A Peaceful Life of Love, Family and Adventure

My life and travels are now shared with my best friend, wife, and co-adventurer. I’m a truly blessed man to have her in my life.
